AI that genuinely improves how your business works
An external AI advisor for your business.
I learn how your team works, show where AI, a better process, or the right tool will make the biggest difference, and help you put it in place.
- Starts with
- An audit and a report with concrete improvements
- Then
- Workshops and mentoring on your own work
- Pace
- Small steps and quick results, not a big plan up front
First step
A few sentences about your company and which part of the work is most laborious.

Who it's for
Readiness to change matters more than your industry
You don't need to be a tech company. Marketing, sales, services and manufacturing are all good examples.
A good fit if…
- you're the owner, CEO or COO, or you have direct access to the person who decides
- parts of your team's work feel laborious and could be done better
- you're willing to experiment and make time for it
- you have a budget you can invest in improvement
- your company is open to new ways of working
Probably not a fit if…
- you're looking for a magic tool that works without changing how you work
- you need an extra person for day-to-day work or serving your customers
- you need a cybersecurity audit or certification
- you want to buy off-the-shelf software
How I help
I don't stop at recommendations, and I don't sell a pre-selected tool
- Find where AI will really helpI talk with leadership and managers and learn your processes. I point out where AI helps, where a process change helps, and where a simple tool is enough. I'll also tell you plainly when AI isn't the answer.
- Teach your team to use AI wellI explain how language models work, so people understand what they’re doing. Then we practise on your real tasks and people get time to experiment on their own.
- Improve processes and organise knowledgeWe redesign how work is done where it’s needed and organise company knowledge, so both people and tools have something solid to work with.
- Put tools in placeAccount setup, prompts, automations, small tools and building sessions together. Larger systems are possible too, with their scope agreed separately.
- Keep up with AI for youAI changes every month. I evaluate new tools against your actual needs and tell you what's worth adopting and what you can safely skip.
How we work together
Small steps, checked as we go
We don't plan everything up front. We implement in small steps, check what works, and choose the next steps based on that.
Conversation
A few sentences about your company, then a call about what works and what's frustrating. If I'm not the right person, I'll tell you.
AuditFirst paid step
I come to your office, talk with leadership and managers, and learn your processes. The result is a report we go through together to choose the first steps.
Implementing improvementsNext iterations
We start with what brings the most for the least effort: workshops, mentoring, process changes, knowledge, small tools or a larger system. After each iteration we check results and decide what’s next.
Ongoing external AI advisorOptional
If it works well, I can support your company long-term: advising, teaching the team, helping with implementation and evaluating new possibilities.
The audit report
What it covers
- The current state: how processes and information flow work today
- The main bottlenecks and their causes
- AI readiness: data, documentation, team skills
- Possible solutions and improvements, not only AI
- Priorities and order: from quick wins to longer projects
- Risks and rules for using AI safely
What you keep
Depending on what we choose
- An audit report: current state, bottlenecks and an improvement plan
- A team that understands AI tools and has practised on its own tasks
- Configured accounts, prompts and automations
- Clearer processes and organised knowledge
- An outside person who evaluates new possibilities for you
Boundaries
What I don't do
- I stay an external advisor. I don't become an employee or do day-to-day work for your customers.
- This isn't a cybersecurity or certification service. We agree security and privacy requirements for each tool, with a specialist where needed.
- I don't sell off-the-shelf software.
- Larger systems aren't built “on the side” of an ongoing engagement. Their scope, maintenance and support are agreed separately.

Who you'll work with
Bartek Witczak
I connect business and technology.
For more than 15 years I've been building software as an architect and principal engineer, and today I work with AI every day. That's why my recommendations can actually be implemented: I know what AI can really do, where it fails, and what it takes for a solution to work in your environment.
Since 2017 I've been running workshops and training. I explain technology so leadership can make a decision and the team can start using it right away.
Questions
FAQ
+Does my company need to be “technical”?
No. I also work with companies that have no IT department. What matters more is whether you want to change how you work and have someone who can decide on it.
+Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We start with an audit. Each next piece of work is agreed separately, and you can stop after any stage. An ongoing engagement is an option, not a condition.
+How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of your company and the scope. After our first conversation I'll send a quote for the audit. Follow-up work is priced separately.
+Do you work remotely or on-site?
I come to your headquarters, anywhere in Poland. Conversations with the team and workshops work best in person. Some work, such as consultations and tool setup, we do remotely.
+Do you also build tools?
Yes. Small tools and automations can be part of the engagement. Larger systems are a separate project with an agreed scope.
+Which AI tools do you use?
We choose them based on your needs. I don't sell my own product and don't have a pre-selected solution.
+What about data security?
For each tool, we agree what data can go into it and who is responsible. I'm not a cybersecurity provider. Where needed, we bring in a specialist.
Email me
A few sentences are enough.
I'll reply and suggest a time to talk. It helps if you mention:
- · What your company does and roughly how many people work there
- · Which part of the work is most laborious or works worse than it could
- · Your role and who makes decisions about changes

Need something different?
Each of these is a separate service, not a next step you're expected to take.
