Miracle Morning - Hal Elrod
🚀 The Book in 3 Sentences
Only 5% will achieve dreams and life they really want to live ( which is approximately Pareto * Pareto ). To level up, start your day with Morning Ritual. Use whatever works, but experiment with S.A.V.E.R.S.:

- Scribing ( Writing )
🍀 How did it change me?
The first thing that I changed immediately was one of the 5 snooze-proof tactics: Prepare glass of water next to alarm clock. Drink it as you turn off alarm. Each evening I prepare a glass of water. It helps me awake. After whole night we’re dehydrated. That’s also the first element of my morning routine.
The next thing I’ve changed was my morning ritual order. At first I was waking up & going to office as fast as I could. Getting into office triggered my morning ritual: meditation & reading. It was working great, but there was one caveat. On free days I usually skipped morning ritual. There was no trigger.
After reading Miracle Morning, I wake up and drink glass of water. Next I move to living room and start meditation. After that I move to journaling. Or rather I would say affirmation + writing down daily goals + journaling. At the end I read at least 25 minutes. Now waking up is my trigger for morning ritual.
